The Bay High School Athletic Department and Bay Village State Farm Agent, Brad Larson, have partnered up to create the “State Farm Athlete-of-the-Month” award. This award is presented to a Bay High School student-athlete that has excelled while participating in his/her respective sport.
Senior, Connor Flynn is the recipient of the “State Farm Athlete of the Month” award for the month of August.
In the words of Connor’s golf Coach Rick Manderine:
“Our Captain, Connor Flynn is having a great season. He is a wonderful, hard working young man! He devotes much of his time to philanthropic activities
(i.e. volunteering with Special Needs children and regularly volunteering at The Bay Village Food Project). His GPA is nearly 4.4.”
“Connor is the only senior on the squad. He is a natural leader. His time and patience with the younger players (2 juniors, 8 sophomores, 2 freshman) is amazing.
