Girls Track defeated Parma Senior in their first meet of the season by a score of 109-28. Individual event winners included: Chloe Rickson (long jump, 200m), Mia Gulley (high jump), Maeve Milligan (pole vault), Kenna Johnston (shot-put, discus), Linden Ifft (100m), Olivia Bird, 1600m), Molly Rodgers (400m), Norah Hamil (800m), and Evelyn Ray (3200m).

The girls also swept the relay events winning the 4×800 (team of Hamil, Maeve Ransom, Bird, Lexie Bechtel), 4×200 (team of Ifft, Carly Elliott, Gigi McQueen, Rickson), 4×100 (team of Ifft, Elliott, McQueen, Rickson) and 4×400 (team of Bechtel, Ransom, Kayla Surovi, and Brooke Anderson).

Other top 3 finishes included Payton Krafchek (long jump, 3rd; pole vault, 2nd; 100mH, 3rd; 300mH, 3rd), Maddie Stuhm (high jump, 2nd). Jenna Rickson (high jump, 3rd), Scarlet Emery (pole vault, 3rd). Chaeli Ziebarth (shot-put, 2nd; discus, 3rd), Elliott (100m, 2nd), Regan Milligan (100m, 3rd), Lulu Visocky O’Grady (1600m, 3rd), Ransom (400m, 2nd), Anderson (400m, 3rd), Kendall Sirignano (800m, 2nd), Ifft (200m, 2nd), McQueen (200m, 3rd), and Isabella Wyman (3200m, 2nd).

Rockets are back on the track Saturday for the Avon Lake Invitational.
