In the first invitational of the season, Girls Track finished 9th in the Avon Lake Invitational. On the track, Chloe Rickson was the top point scorer bringing in 24 points. Rickson won the long jump with her PR effort of 17 feet, 9.25 inches, finished 2nd in the 100m dash with a final time of 12.86 and was 3rd in the 200m dash clocking in at 27.09 (with a prelim time of 26.78 seconds).

Also on the track, the girls 4×800 team of Molly Rodgers, Norah Hamil, Maeve Ransom, and Kendall Sirignano finished 8th overall with their time of 10:46.28.

In the pole vault, Maeve Milligan cleared 10 feet, 6 inches for 4th place overall.

Rockets are back on the track Wednesday, April 7 hosting Buckeye for our second dual meet of the season.
